This service delivery policy outlines the rules and regulations regarding delivery of our services and our operations.
Your Acceptance
You acknowledge that you have read and understood our service delivery policy and agree to be bound by it.
If you do not agree with or cannot comply with it, then you may not use Our Services, but please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] so we can try to find a solution.
Our Operations
Once an agreement is accepted and signed by both of us, a contract is now formed between us and you.
Our operations
starts and ends on the date stated on the agreement.
Everything we do shall be according to the agreement we now have and therefore we advise that you read the agreement and understand everything in it before signing.
Durations & Delays.
We shall agree on a set period to operate within on the contract agreement.
In as much as we try our best to operate very quickly and accurately for you, some delays are sometimes encountered which may be caused by us or other third parties involved in the operations and by natural and man made things stopping us from working such as sickness, floods, bad internet connections etc. We plead with you to allow us up to an extra thirty days to continue operating for you before taking another action in this case.
We shall not be liable for any loss as a result from your actions based on a delay caused you.
Appointments
Apart from the Free Appointments all other appointments are paid and are meant for people who prefer or has become necessary that they meet and discuss something in person with the consultant. These Appointments comes with a non-refundable fee, payable before the appointment date is booked. The duration of meeting is mainly 30 minutes unless otherwise stated.
You have 2 chances to change your booked appointments.
You will have to rebook if you fail to show up on the appointment date unless the reason is an act of God which shall be proved by you if we are not in the position to verify it.
Appointments dates can be rescheduled by us provided it becomes necessary that we do so and you shall be notified.
Free Appointments
This is only for people who has given us the required documents and we are done verifying them.
Note that we shall forever not work for you if we detect truthfully that you want to commit fraud.
