Our Process
Please note that every country has rules and regulations and a traveler must qualify first.
If a client does not qualify, then the consultant may find other ways to qualify.
We accept to continue if all is set and we are sure of a positive result for you.
Our meetings are held only with the client - The Client and the Consultant alone.
Therefore as a client you are rest assured that your information is safe and you can express yourself freely.
Please contact us first if you want a group meeting.
Every member of the
group must book an appointment.
For safety reasons, you are not permitted to meet us with weapons such as knifes, guns, or any other sharp object.
You also agree to be searched before allowed to enter our premises.
You can negotiate on the price and tell us how you will want to pay us.
Either in full or by instalment.
Any other information on payment must be discussed at this stage and an agreement reached.
This includes the service speed you want too.
Either a fast or normal service.
If someone else will pay for you, then ask that person to book an appointment so we discuss the prices with him or her and reach an agreement before moving to the next stage.
We may also verify your bank statements, property documents and any other document.
For clients paying by instalment, we shall:
Visit your home and work place,
Meet your family,
Meet your guarantor and sign an agreement,
Check any collateral if required in your case.
We shall provide our starting and ending dates based on the speed of service you selected in the agreement.
Normal Service - 90 days mainly (Free Service)
Fast Service - 30 days mainly (Paid Service) -- Refundable if deadline not met by us.
Super Fast Service - 7 days mainly (Paid Service) -- Refundable if deadline not met by us.
After signing the contract agreement with us, our cancellation policy applies. We advice that, if you are not ready do not start or test our services or even try to fool us.
You may be escorted to places like an embassy or a visa application center for a fingerprint and or for an interview if applicable in your case.
Please note that only you our client is normally permitted to enter an embassy or a visa application center.
The wait for an embassy or any other place our want rests with to finish their side of the process now starts.
If not a visa application, we hand over whatever package you requested us to get for you or the outcome.
As we agreed in the contract, we must both abide by it and smile.
The client pays us at this stage according to the payment terms in the contract signed.
