contains information on our terms and conditions. If you have additional questions or require more information about

Your Acceptance
You
acknowledge that you have read and understood our e-Shop policy and agree to
be bound by it.
If you do not agree with or cannot comply with it, then you may not use Our Services, but please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] so we can try to find a solution.
Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be collected only for processing your orders and having them delivered to you.
We do not share or sell these information except it is requested by law but can use it to improve on our services for you.
Your payment details will also be collected and used by our payment processing gateways and the banks only to process payments for your orders.
Orders, Prices & Payments
Orders are accepted via the following platforms and they must be paid for in full before it will be processed otherwise it will be cancelled by us.

Prices of items displayed or communicated to you may change due to several factors like exchange rates and human errors and you must pay for the difference once it is communicated to you or have your order cancelled.
Payments methods accepted are below and further verifications may be required if necessary to eliminate unauthorized and fraudulent transactions. Payments are processed by the banks, third party gateways (Paystack) and the Mobile Money networks.

* Direct Bank Transfer / Deposit
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders are processed immediately after its received and cannot be cancelled but in a case an order is not processed, cancellation for full refunds are accepted.
Refunds issued may be minus transfer fees charged by the payment processor and all refunded money will only be sent to the same payer of the order using the same method used to pay for that order.
Shipments & Delays
Items ordered ships from abroad mainly and can take an estimated period of 6 to 25 working days to reach us for delivery to you or for self or third party pick-up.
Delays in shipment can occur in rare cases and you may be notified of such delays.
Pick-up & Delivery
Packages can be picked up at our office in Accra, Gbawe or delivered for a fee when ready.
Delivery is handled by third party operators and all liabilities are on them.
You can send your own delivery service for the pick-up and verifications may be required.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges and Returns are mainly not accepted.
If can only be accepted based on our sole discretion.
Dispute Resolutions
In a case of a misunderstanding or dispute, we request for a peaceful civilized manner for settlement. If no solution is arrived at, the courts in Accra can be used to settle it in a lawful manner and each party will be responsible for its legal costs.
