This promotions policy outlines the rules and regulations regarding sales promotions, discounts and gifts of our services or other packages.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood our promotions policy and agree to be bound by it.

Our Promotions

From time to time we run promotions on our services. These may include reduction in prices, discount coupons, free services or gifts.

You are welcome to contact us on phone or via chat on our promotional packages.

Free Services

Free services is a promotion we can run to provide the cost of our service 100% free for the user of that service.

Discounts

This is a promotional package that gives the user of that service a reduction by percentage or in price of the service.

Gifts

Gifts are free items we give a client. Example; Event Tickets, Flight Tickets, Travelling Bags and many more. 

Redeeming Rewards.

Rewards on promotions are not transferrable, cannot be redeemed as cash. 
A signed authorization note with a valid ID must be presented by anyone redeeming a reward on your behalf. No ID copy is accepted.
